So often I feel like the challenges in software aren’t necessarily technical, but human. Interruptions and time of often a source of frustration. I find one clear example of this is during Hackathons, the day-to-day interruptions cease and people come up with *amazing* things in a very short period of time. It’s pretty obvious that when you remove day-to-day burdens developers (and even non-developers) can really crank out an impressive amount of work.
