Excellent post, everything you sais, I realized that my manager already doing and this is why I love working with him.

I specially agree on “lead by exemple”. When you don’t have to ask to people what they have to do, because they are inspired by a leader, they do it much more better because they took this decision on their own !

I would say so. What I do now is really a non-centralize form of leadership. Some of the most influential leaders don’t have any kind of official role at all.
