John was given a great opportunity when he was asked to create a tutorial video on Android Development for Pluralsight. He’s maximized that opportunity by creating over 50 courses. […]

Most likely you experience teaching, how you would go about teaching something and breaking it down and if you have ever recorded a screencast before.

A week ago I sent a letter to pluralsight and received a response. In the response they say that they want to talk with me about 20 or 30 minutes. The problem is that I’m not good at speaking english. So, it’s a little bit scary for me to talk with them. Could you be so kind to tell me what should I be prepared to talk about.

Definitely more profitable to do Pluralsight courses, and easier. 🙂

I see great opportunity to create more tutorials which are worth of real experience, comparitive talks, and can have guidance on domain specific architectures – like health care needs to deal with high volume of images, scanned documents, … and financial domain model could have a different concern to address… This site is lacking essentially such talks/tutorials.. Beginner, intermediate has too much of referencing other tutorials and skipping the relevant info. limiting scope…Pluralsight needs to differentiate from great basic sites like w3schools, codeproject.. which explains with an example, some times great guidance… and they are free on the earth also.. on moon (with love of internet). There are lot of great tutorials are uneathed in search when i tried random words, mostly unrelated… so search criteria should be improved… I WISH an indian enterprenur comes out with a flashing idea to beat the dust of the internet… and assimilates great real time experiences…..LOVE, PEACE & CODE..

The way you described success made me think of the fibonacci sequence. You’re performing calculations over and over again to get closer to the “Golden Ratio” or success.
